Get Verified
We believe in the importance of good governance, ethical management, and accountability to donors, which is why we follow Charity Navigator's best practices.
Collect Donations
Once verified, you will receive a check from us on a monthly basis. We assume all credit card processing fees from our donors, and we make sure you get 80% of the total funds collected.

What are the benefits of registration?

It's 100% free to get listed and start receiving donations from our donors. We will help promote your charity to local communities and get more awareness for your cause.

Why do you use the IRS Form 990?

We us the IRS 990 Form because it lists key information about an organization, including its governing body, purpose, and resources. They reveal how the organization uses its resources to accomplish its mission. And they require disclosure on whether the organization is abiding by best practices.

How are charities evaluated?

We use a few different tools to ensure that the charity is registered and active. The charity must provide a 990 form, and must also confirm they are listed in either Charity Navigator, Great Nonprofits, Charity Watch, Guidestar, Give.org, and/or Charities.org.

How often do you process donations?

We process donations once a month. Once you have been approved by us, you will be asked to provide your routing and account number.

What percentage is given to beneficiaries?

A minimum of 80% of donated funds go directly to the beneficiaries; which is in line with some of the most well-respected, Gold Standard nonprofits in the US.

What if I don't see my category listed?

It's all good! Just send us an email to info@jointhriveinitiative.org and let us know what category you would like to be listed as and we can create that for you.
